Ingredients

2 lb asparagus trimmed and peeled
2 Tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste.

Roasted Asparagus

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Once cleaned and trimmed. Spread out evenly onto a sheet pan and evenly coat the asparagus with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
