Muffaletta Pasta Salad Recipe
Oberon Sauvignon Blanc, Napa Valley

Pair with Oberon Sauvignon Blanc

Servings: 6-8


1 lb pasta
1/2 cup olive oil
1 cup green onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 lb mixed olived, pitted and chopped
1/2 lb salami, cubed
1/4 lb ham, cubed
1 cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded
1 1/4 cups Mozzarella
1/4 cup pimentos, chopped

Muffaletta Pasta Salad


Cook the pasta per the directions on the package, then drain and set aside to cool.

In a large bowl, combining all of the ingredients, then stir until the pasta is completely coated.

Place in the refrigerator overnight and serve cold.
