Guacamole Recipe
Oberon Merlot, Napa Valley

Pair with Oberon Merlot


3-4 large avocados
2 Roma tomatoes, cleaned and diced
3-4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 onion, diced
1 tsp red chili powder
Cilantro, chopped
Sea salt to taste



Halve the avocados and remove the pit. Cut cross hatches into each avocado and scoop out into a small bowl. Using a potato masher or fork, mash the avocado to break up large pieces. Add diced tomatoes, minced garlic, and diced onions and mix. Add chili powder and sea salt a little at a time until you reach your desired flavor and heat. Sprinkle chopped cilantro on top and serve with your favorite chips!
