Roasted Green Beans Recipe
Oberon Merlot, Napa Valley

Pair with Oberon Merlot


1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1-1/2 lb green beans
4 cloves Garlic, pressed into a paste
3 Tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper

Roasted Green Beans


Preheat oven to 450F. Combine the garlic paste and olive oil in a bowl, then add the green beans and mix with your hands to coat evenly. Lay them on a baking sheet and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping once during cooking. Remove from the oven and grate fresh parmesan cheese over the top. Serve immediately.
